Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 2025

Here's the reality: we collect data. But unlike those 47-page legal nightmares other companies hide behind, we'll tell you exactly what we do with your information and why.

What Information We Collect

When you request a consultation or download our licensing guides, we collect:

  • Contact details (name, email, company name)
  • Business information (gaming vertical, target markets, current operational status)
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
  • Communication records (emails, call notes, submitted documents)

We don't collect payment card data directly. Our payment processor handles that separately with PCI-DSS compliance.

How We Use Your Data

Your information serves three purposes. No more, no less.

Service delivery: We use your business details to build custom licensing roadmaps and guide you through regulatory processes. Can't do our job without knowing your operational structure.

Communication: Expect emails about your application status, regulatory updates affecting your markets, and occasional educational content. You can opt out of marketing emails anytime. Application updates? Those you're stuck with.

Legal compliance: Gaming regulators require us to maintain client records. We keep documentation for 7 years minimum, longer if specific jurisdictions demand it.

Who Sees Your Information

We share data with three groups only:

  • Licensing authorities: When we submit your applications, regulators see everything relevant to your case
  • Service providers: Our CRM (HubSpot), email system (Google Workspace), and document storage (encrypted AWS servers) process your data under strict agreements
  • Legal obligations: If a court or regulator issues a valid request, we comply. We'll notify you unless legally prohibited.

We don't sell your data. Period. No third-party marketing lists, no data brokers, no "partners" with vague privacy policies.

Data Security Measures

Your documents and communications sit behind:

  • 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transfers
  • Two-factor authentication for team access
  • Regular security audits (quarterly minimum)
  • Encrypted backups with geographic redundancy

Perfect security doesn't exist. But we use the same protections banks deploy for sensitive financial data.

Your Rights

You control your information:

  • Access: Request copies of data we hold about you
  • Correction: Fix inaccurate information in your records
  • Deletion: Ask us to remove your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Portability: Get your data in a standard format to move elsewhere

Email [email protected] for any requests. We respond within 72 hours, implement changes within 14 days.

International Data Transfers

We operate globally. Your data might cross borders to reach licensing authorities or our service providers. All transfers use standard contractual clauses approved by EU regulators.

Cookies and Tracking

Our site uses essential cookies for functionality plus analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand what content helps operators most. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Changes to This Policy

When regulations shift or our practices evolve, we update this page. Material changes trigger email notifications to active clients. Check the "Last Updated" date above.
